About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of phone experience required.
• 1-2 years of office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Self-starter with prompt and efficient communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Certificate of Coverages and Summary Benefit Designs.

Responsibilities

• Perform Enrollment Services functions and meet production goals.
• Ensure quality assurance goals are met.
• Verify member eligibility for coverage prior to data entry.
• Communicate effectively with Cox HealthPlans plan administrators, both orally and in writing.
• Resolve concerns regarding members with plan administrators.
