About The Position
The College of Lake County is seeking an Enrollment Services Specialist to join the Adult Education Department. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive enrollment services, including intake, admissions, testing, and registration for High School Diploma (HSD) and English as a Second Language (ESL) students. The Enrollment Services Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the Operations and Compliance Manager and will be responsible for entering student applications, managing student information, and recording test scores in the DAISI and PeopleSoft systems. This position is grant-funded, meaning that continued employment is contingent upon external funding sources. In this role, the specialist will be involved in various aspects of student services, including proctoring pre-testing and post-testing, administering electronic assessments, and maintaining testing materials and records. The specialist will also collaborate with other departments within the college to ensure a seamless enrollment process and provide leadership to Enrollment Services Assistants and Student Support Assistants.
