  • Use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Must be able to work respectfully with individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and provide student record maintenance.
  • Review and process student documents such as applications, registrations, grade changes, waivers, and transcript requests.
  • Educate students and the public regarding all enrollment-related processing deadlines.
  • Assist students with the completion of enrollment-related forms (admissions, registration, privacy release, transcript requests).
  • Troubleshoot and respond in a timely fashion to online registration questions and needs.
  • Communicate with students and staff written requests for enrollment information, student records, and other related processes.
  • Prepare and produce official transcripts at student request.
  • Maintain current knowledge of college policies and procedures pertaining to admission, registration, records, and student accounts.
  • Communicate information accurately.
  • Work as a team member.
  • Implement procedures that reflect institutional policy, comply with state/federal requirements, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Comply with FERPA regulations.
