Enrollment Sales Representative - Healthcare - Independent Broker - Harrisburg
About The Position
The Enrollment Sales Representative is an autonomous position ideal for community active individuals who want to make their own schedules and not be tied to a desk or traditional schedules. A successful Enrollment sales representative will engage in educating the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested participants through enrollment to support the organization’s goals for enrollment growth. Compensation Sample: Earning Potential Examples: 5 enrollments/month = $180,000 per year 4 enrollments/month = $144,000 per year 3 enrollments/month = $108,000 per year
Requirements
- Evidence of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare sales or admissions preferred.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and organizational skills
- Possess the ability to work effectively within a culturally, socioeconomically and educationally diverse population
- Goal-driven with a competitive edge
- Computer literacy including ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
- Appropriate sales and marketing techniques to outreach to diverse social and ethnic groups and to communicate effectively with them
- Proven system to efficiently track and trend all leads and sales activity
- Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources
- Local travel
