About The Position

The Enrollment Sales Representative is an autonomous position ideal for community active individuals who want to make their own schedules and not be tied to a desk or traditional schedules. A successful Enrollment sales representative will engage in educating the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested participants through enrollment to support the organization’s goals for enrollment growth.

Requirements

  • Evidence of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or admissions preferred.
  • Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources.
