Enrollment Registrar Director

The Division of Enrollment Management at Bronx Community College (CUNY) is committed to enhancing the institution's competitiveness in achieving enrollment targets while fostering student success through collaboration across campus. The Enrollment Registrar Director plays a crucial role in this mission by overseeing all activities related to student records, course scheduling, registration, enrollment verification, graduation certification, and the daily operations of the Registrar's office. This position is pivotal in managing BCC's enrollment processes and requires collaboration with various stakeholders, particularly in Academic Affairs and Information Technology Services. The Registrar will also be responsible for redesigning business processes and implementing technology solutions to support enrollment, retention, and student success. In this leadership role, the Registrar will provide vision and direction for the Office of the Registrar, ensuring effective management of enrollment and registration operations. The Registrar will work closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management to develop and execute the College's strategic enrollment goals, while also maintaining the CUNYFirst system. The position involves implementing systematic approaches to address student issues, overseeing the student information system, and fostering seamless student services in collaboration with the Admissions and Financial Aid Directors. Additionally, the Registrar will evaluate and recommend technology enhancements to improve staff efficiency and service management functions, as well as assist in developing policies and procedures for the Enrollment Management division.
