About The Position

The Enrollment Registrar Director at Lehman College is responsible for managing all academic information and ensuring compliance with university and college policies. This role involves overseeing the execution of end-of-term processes, managing student information systems, and collaborating with various departments to streamline enrollment and registration processes. The director will also supervise staff involved in graduation audits and engage in continuous staff development to uphold best practices in registrar activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and eight years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Management of all academic information, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and security of documents in accordance with FERPA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with University and College academic policies and procedures, working with academic offices to implement and enforce these guidelines.
• Execution of all end-of-term processes, including batch term activation, enrollment appointments, registration activities, and grade collection.
• Management of the College's student information systems and strategic supervision of student records and registration.
• Oversee the graduation audit process for Graduate and Doctoral candidates, managing staff responsible for this process.
• Administer Registrar activities related to Return to Title IV and engage in continuous staff development and training.
• Collaborate with campus-wide offices to address issues related to student enrollment, registration, billing, financial aid, and degree requirements.
• Assist the Senior Registrar in developing and implementing practices to achieve the goals of the Office of the Registrar.
• Represent the Senior Registrar at key meetings with Deans and Department Chairs.
