About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Registrar, the Enrollment Registrar Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to the following: + Assist with registration and provide information to prospective and enrolled students in registration and records related areas. + Process ePermits and Degree Audit/applications for graduation. + Process requests for National Student Clearinghouse. + Collaborate with College and University Offices to address inquiries and concerns to resolve student registration/record related issues. + Implement new office and customer service policies and procedures and to effectively deliver services such as ensuring transcript and degree verification requests via Parchment and NSC are handled in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 - 4 years related experience.
  • Strong aptitude for working with customized computer systems (i.e. Oracle/PeopleSoft).
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new platforms accordingly.
  • Strong communication competencies, especially regarding writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented and accurate with strong organizational skills and ability to establish plans, handle multiple assignments with conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines in a time sensitive and student responsive office.
  • Commitment to service excellence and professionalism.
  • Ability to understand and present technical terminology to constituents of all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with registration and provide information to prospective and enrolled students in registration and records related areas.
  • Process ePermits and Degree Audit/applications for graduation.
  • Process requests for National Student Clearinghouse.

  • Provides advice on academic and administrative registration requirements
  • Interprets and communicates academic, registration and enrollment policies and procedures
  • Complies, generates, and updates various reports, catalogs, and inventories
  • Maintains compliance with established record release procedures, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • May participate in activities related to course scheduling and maintaining course databases
  • May monitor and revise the content of web pages and other communication materials
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
