As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll expand program access by: Overseeing recruitment events and needs for Head Start and Childcare programs Implementing outreach strategies that build on agency strengths and community partnerships Coordinating, setting up, and attending recruitment events agency-wide Collaborating with enrollment, family services, and management staff Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations Developing and executing targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking families Managing recruitment data and record-keeping systems Representing Reach Dane professionally in the community At Reach Dane, we're reimagining early childhood education as a powerful tool for social transformation. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED minimum
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required
  • Development and execution of outreach strategies, record-keeping and data organization
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail
  • Energetic can-do attitude, adaptability and flexibility, professional demeanor with top-notch customer service
  • Ability to work closely with community partners
