Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment & Reconciliation, the Enrollment and Reconciliation technician supports daily medication reconciliation between EMR systems to assure medication profiles are up to date in a timely manner. Enrolls and updates demographics and medication for all new contracts.

Requirements

• High school diploma required or equivalent
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred
• CPhT preferred
• Must have active Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy in state of residence

Responsibilities

• Processes the daily JIRA tickets
• Reconciles all JIRA tickets for each PACE client by an entry into EireneRx
• Enrolls new Participants into EireneRx monthly
• Profiles medications into EireneRx when Implementing a new client
