About The Position

Inspira Education Group is one of the fastest-growing edtech startups in the US, with a mission to democratize access to high-quality coaching for students worldwide. As the leading network of admissions coaches in various fields, we aim to disrupt traditional application processes with innovative products and services. We are currently hiring Enrollment Managers to drive revenue growth through inbound sales and enhance our systems for scaling our sales function. This role is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, guiding them through their educational investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented environment.
  • Proven success in selling premium service packages with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfort with data and reporting, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first contact through enrollment.
  • Follow up strategically with prospects to address questions and concerns.
  • Experiment with new scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Close deals across various programs, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends, providing feedback to leadership.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the sales cycle and maintain data integrity.
  • Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages and values.
  • Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students.
