Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • Ability to travel to campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Admissions & Enrollment Management Conduct consultative admissions interviews with prospective students to assess career goals, motivation, and program fit.
  • Present educational programs, admissions requirements, tuition, and financial aid information accurately and ethically.
  • Manage prospective student leads through phone, text, email, and in-person follow-up in alignment with enrollment goals.
  • Support campus enrollment objectives while maintaining compliance with all institutional, state, accrediting, and federal regulations.
  • Schedule and conduct campus tours, information sessions, and enrollment appointments.
  • Leadership Training & Development Participate in a structured Admissions Manager training program focused on leadership, coaching, compliance, and performance management.
  • Shadow Admissions Managers to learn day-to-day operations, staff oversight, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Develop skills in motivating, coaching, and holding admissions representatives accountable to performance expectations.
  • Team Support & Performance Monitoring Assist with tracking admissions metrics, conversion rates, and lead activity.
  • Support coaching sessions and training activities for admissions representatives.
  • Model professionalism, ethical behavior, and a student-first approach while working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate and complete student records within the CRM and student information systems.
  • Ensure all admissions activities comply with Title IV regulations, accrediting standards, and institutional policies.
  • Participate in audits, internal reviews, and compliance training as required.
