The Enrollment Management Slate Administrator serves as a primary manager and technical expert for the College's Slate CRM system as part of a Slate power-user team that supports both enrollment and academic success. This position ensures Slate is effectively configured, maintained, and optimized to support admissions, financial aid, and marketing and communications. The administrator will collaborate with enrollment staff, academic success, athletics, IT, and other campus partners to design efficient workflows, improve data integrity, and provide actionable insights to advance institutional enrollment goals. It is open to a remote or hybrid working arrangement reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations and Communications (if remote, expected travel to campus is between 4-5 times annually as leadership directs).

  • Serves as the primary Slate administrator for the enrollment management division.
  • Manages the day-to-day operation, use, and configuration of the system.
  • Maintains functionality, appearance, and settings within community areas of the CRM.
  • Ensure data integrity and operational efficiencies through rules, automation, and auditing.
  • Maximize efficiency and accuracy of Slate's capabilities.
  • Test, deploy, and validate regular updates, feeds, and/or new functionality delivered by Technolutions.
  • Configure and customize Slate to meet the specific needs and workflows of different departments and users.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for integrations with systems including the College's SIS and athletics recruitment platform.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously maximize Slate functionality and effectiveness.
  • Provide training for new and current systems users and maintain user and business process procedures and guidelines.
  • Be an active contributor to Enrollment Management by supporting its mission.
  • Attend all EM Office team meetings as required.
  • Stay up to date on new features and/or new functionality delivered by Technolutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required with preferred focus in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of related experience required.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with Slate CRM (Technolutions) in a higher education setting.
  • Experience with CRM configuration, workflow automation, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective technical skills in programming, database development and management, system administration and maintenance, and report writing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, consultative, and training skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Create successful and positive collaborations with multiple stakeholders when there are competing priorities.
  • Competitive starting salary based on qualifications and experience.
  • Expected starting salary: $70,000 annually.
