The Impact You Will Have As an Enrollment Experience Specialist Associate, you play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access to healthcare for our members by administering enrollment and eligibility accurately and timely. Your contributions directly impact member satisfaction and the overall operational efficiency of our organization. Requirements

1+ years of related experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members, vendors, and cross-functional departments to timely and accurately resolve inquiries.
Accurately document actions taken across multiple systems.
Navigate complex data, extract critical insights from various systems, and apply current business and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in meetings with internal and external group contacts and account representatives, fostering valuable relationships and staying current on account status.
Provide guidance and support to the team, vendors, and customers.
Manage a wide array of activities and responsibilities.
Detect discrepancies and identify Membership workflow improvement opportunities, continually refining procedures for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Recognize and communicate opportunities for improving workflows and escalate any issues to ensure increased efficiency and accuracy.
Readily take on any other duties assigned with enthusiasm and dedication.
