Reporting directly to the Director for Enrollment Communications and Operations, the Digital Multimedia Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring a cohesive digital presence across all platforms. With a primary focus on undergraduate recruitment and retention, this role involves developing, curating, and maintaining engaging content to enhance Baruch College's brand and attract prospective students. The specialist will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating dynamic digital content, collaborating with various departments, and providing strategic consultation on digital engagement. This position requires a creative individual who can shoot and edit high-quality digital images and video footage, manage content calendars, and assist with the execution of paid social media campaigns. Additionally, the specialist will monitor social media accounts, implement crisis management best practices, and compile reports on engagement metrics.
