  • Manage the strategic and efficient use of the university's CRM for enrollment.
  • Analyze enrollment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in student recruitment and retention.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize enrollment processes and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and recommend adjustments.
  • Utilize statistical methods to forecast enrollment, track key performance indicators, and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology on developing and maintaining enrollment-related reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Financial Aid to evaluate the impact of financial aid programs on enrollment and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assist the AVP with market research to identify potential target demographics and inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting enrollment management.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with academic departments, admissions, and other relevant units to streamline processes and enhance student experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in enrollment analysis within a higher education setting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and database management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Knowledge of enrollment management principles, student recruitment strategies, and admissions processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
