About The Position
The Enrollment CRM Manager provides functional and technological management and development of the Enrollment Management CRMs, including Slate and Navigate 360. This role is integral to the university's efforts to achieve enrollment goals by overseeing the configuration, support, maintenance, improvement, and assessment of CRM platforms. This position demands a high level of collaboration and solution-oriented thinking to enhance user experience and ensure effective system integration.
