About The Position
The Enrollment Counselor serves as the primary contact for inquiries and applications related to non-credit courses and programs in the College of Professional Studies at Villanova University. This role focuses on building relationships with prospective students throughout the enrollment lifecycle, from initial inquiry to registration, while providing exceptional customer service and support. The Enrollment Counselor is responsible for recruiting new students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and collaborating with various departments to enhance recruitment strategies and activities.
