About The Position
Albright College is seeking applications for Enrollment Counselor. This full-time position, reporting to the Director of Admission is responsible for a full range of recruitment/ territory management activities in support of the Admission office. Candidates should value and recognize the transformative power of higher education and be able to passionately articulate the same to prospective undergraduate and graduate students, and adult degree and continuing education seekers. Tasks include counseling/engaging students (and families), occasional travel, reading of applications and outreach via email/phone call/texts. The team member will be assigned a student population and have the autonomy to manage to generate applications and future students. Successful job searchers must be excellent communicators with a great sense of humor and compassion, confident, mature, independent thinkers who can work well within a group and independently.
