Who You Are Practicing Catholic and fluency in a second language are preferred. A person who can embrace service within a faith-filled environment is required. Exceptional attention to detail. You are organized and can perform detailed work efficiently with a high level of accuracy. Positive and friendly disposition. You are often the first point of contact for prospective families. You are resourceful, proactive, and take initiative What You Will Do Screen incoming calls with prompt and efficient customer service and provide information on the phone and in person. With discretion and confidentiality, prepare, read, and analyze incoming email and document submissions; conduct document imaging; file and retrieve institutional documents, records, and reports. Use Ravenna admissions software as a resource to receive and maintain applicant information, monitor student application checklist items and statuses, and conduct queries. Moderate the Ambassador for Christ Corps program. Coordinate the shadow student program. Enrollment events support. Conduct campus tours. Some evening and weekend work may be required. Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Skills/Qualifications: College degree and at least 3 years of related work experience. Previous experience working in a Catholic high school is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in communicating with prospective families and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Adobe, General Database Knowledge, and Canva is required Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer and use a telephone. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office, as well as maneuver throughout the parish/school facility to attend meetings, briefings, and other work-related events. The employee may be required to conduct trips to, from, and within various city and county-wide locations to attend meetings or events. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
