Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Full Time Days Enrollment Coordinator to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. You will work with our Immanuel Pathways Day Center and at participant's personal homes. The schedule for this position is 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with No Weekends or Holidays. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. This position also has paid mileage reimbursement at the IRS guidelines of 70.0 cents per mile.

  • Provide information and answer questions about Immanuel Pathway's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to potential participants and/or their family, friends, referral and community resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business or a Health and Human Services field.
  • Relative years of experience could also qualify.
