About The Position

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for managing provider and facility enrollments across all payers to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and compliance. This role handles payer linkages, contracting and recredentialing, and maintains current provider data across systems.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of provider enrollment experience (hospital and/or professional).
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, commercial payer processes, CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with hospital-based provider groups or multi-specialty practices

Responsibilities

  • Complete and manage enrollment applications for hospital, facility, and professional providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
  • Maintain payer linkages (NPI/TIN associations, EFT/ERA setups, rosters).
  • Support provider contracting and recredentialing workflows.
  • Keep CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals up to date.
  • Monitor enrollment status and resolve issues impacting claims or participation.
  • Maintain accurate provider data and collaborate with credentialing, contracting, and revenue cycle teams.
