About The Position

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for assisting students through the enrollment process, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the admissions team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective students regarding program information
  • Process and maintain student files and documentation
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups
  • Assist with data entry and record management
  • Support department staff as needed
