About The Position
The Enrollment Communications & CRM Manager leads the planning and delivery of digital communications across the student lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to current student support and engagement. This role manages Anthology Reach and EAB Navigate to send, and support the delivery of, targeted messages via email, text, and app notifications, ensuring communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with both strategic enrollment goals and institutional branding. The position carries day-to-day ownership of communication systems in the Enrollment Management division, working closely with colleagues across the division and external partners, including system CRM administrators, the Registrar's Office, and other campus offices-to ensure that CRM use is accurate and effective. The manager helps optimize system configuration and workflows, supports staff in using the CRM effectively, and creates or adapts content for student-facing communications as needed. The ideal candidate brings strength in either digital content design or data/technical systems and is willing to grow in the complementary area. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of quick execution while continuously improving tools, workflows, and communication effectiveness.
