The Enrollment Coach Lead develops teams to meet goals for graduate and undergraduate student recruitment including development of recruitment campaigns, admissions, and cultivating community partnerships. They are effective communicators and problem solvers who bring a customer focused approach!

Requirements

  • Three years previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Advising, Recruitment, Retention, Enrollment, or related academic area, including (2) years supervisory experience OR, and equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead team of Enrollment Coaches and Coordinators using a collaborative leadership style.
  • Develop, coordinate, and drive implementation of recruitment plans for prospective students.
  • Achieving results that align with a higher vision of the organization and its goals
  • Maintain a positive, “How can I help?” demeanor!
  • Initiate and prepare administrative reports and documents.
  • Provide strong leadership that is firm and goal-oriented yet motivates, trains, and engages others in a hard-working and encouraging way.
  • Solves problems with confidence while fostering the dedication of others.
  • Recommend and monitor compliance with department policies and procedures.
  • Work at a faster-than-average pace with a high degree of accuracy while managing a variety of activities subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Develop resources that enable others to provide the best information and direction to prospective students, at the right time and through the contact method they prefer.
  • Challenge the status quo by recommending new and innovative procedures with student success in mind.
  • Partnering with different ASU academic units and services to work through challenges and solve roadblocks.
  • Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues.
  • Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
