Mercer University is searching for an Enrollment and Student Support Specialist for the College of Pharmacy on the Atlanta campus. Responsibilities: The Enrollment and Student Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions, delivering high-quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external visitors via in-person interactions, phone, and email. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, service-oriented environment while ensuring the efficient flow of information and support. The Specialist also provides essential administrative and operational assistance to the Director of Student Affairs and the Director of Admissions, contributing to the smooth coordination of enrollment, student services, and admissions activities. The position assists with the following: In fulfilling the duties above, this position must utilize appropriate software including, but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, PharmCAS, Slate CRM, the College’s learning management systems (e.g., Canvas), Qualtrics, and Anthology.
