About The Position

Responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to Retirement Plan Officer within the Wealth Management department, including the administration of enrollment meeting and all related services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in administration; OR Associate degree and 0 years’ experience in administration or banking
  • High proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Windows including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and other electronic communications tools.
  • Excellent internet, intranet, and e-mail skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Administers all aspects of participant enrollment to respective retirement plans, including notifying and tracking eligibility with Plan Sponsors, ordering and preparing enrollment materials and kits.
  • Administers enrollment meetings, reviews and verifies enrollment forms and beneficiary forms are complete.
  • Submits all enrollment, beneficiary and change forms to correct Recordkeeper within 2 days of receipt of the documentation.
  • Tracks and sends updated beneficiary forms to Plan Sponsor and Recordkeeper for processing.
  • Completes, verifies and processes rollover requests from participants to Recordkeeper.
  • Assists and administers (with) participants with questions related to retirement plan benefits, including enrollment, distributions, loans, payoffs, and account updates.
  • Completes market value reporting monthly.
  • Assists with preparation, distribution and tracking of all required Plan Notices, including but not limited to Annual Notices.
  • Creates and/or update documents, memos, letters, reports, forms, marketing materials, and customer presentations.
  • Assists Retirement Plan Officer with account opening paperwork for retirement plan services accounts and open resulting accounts.
  • Files paperwork and/or establish and maintain system to process and file paperwork in appropriate RPS file(s).
  • Prepares deposits and check requests.
  • Maintains tracking spreadsheets for various projects including but not limited to Annual Notices, Annual Compliance, Distributions, etc.
  • Reviews and tracks force outs.
  • Maintains and tracks all uncashed checks.
  • Processes fee invoicing and invoice payment processing.
  • Establishes all aspects of files including maintenance and closure of account files.
  • Other duties as assigned.
