As an Enrollment Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for administering union-sponsored benefits, including health and welfare and pension plans. Your duties will include verifying participant eligibility, responding to inquiries, preparing correspondence for members and employers, processing contributions and monthly checks, and reconciling reports to resolve discrepancies. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in PC applications and Excel, and a commitment to improving processes for greater efficiency and quality. This position is full time (40hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
