About The Position
The Benefits Specialist at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) serves as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking voluntary services through the Community Psychiatric Center. This role involves managing phone calls, obtaining insurance and co-pay information, and maintaining communication with referral sources. The Benefits Specialist is also responsible for completing referrals in the electronic health records and collecting co-pays, contributing to the overall efficiency of the outpatient service center.
