We are seeking a part time intern to assist in supporting our acquisitions and enrollment teams.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Eager to learn and comfortable navigating digital tools or CRM systems (training provided)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Interest in education, customer service, marketing, or business operations
• Junior or Senior year in college

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective families and schedule tours with school staff
• Follow up on new leads and help keep school waitlists current and organized
• Assist with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tasks for newly acquired schools, ensuring accurate records and clean data
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
