About The Position
The Enrollment Advisor at Hallmark University plays a crucial role in representing a variety of academic programs within a modern and well-equipped facility. This position involves engaging with prospective students through various communication channels, including outbound and inbound calls, as well as video advising. The primary goal is to assist these students in navigating the self-enrollment process or to connect them with an Admissions Professional for a guided application experience. The Enrollment Advisor is expected to uphold the highest standards of personal integrity and professionalism while effectively managing a high volume of calls and inquiries. In this role, the Enrollment Advisor will support the new student application process by answering incoming questions and collecting any necessary documentation to ensure a complete application. The advisor will also monitor enrollment activities, track new inquiries, and utilize this information to enhance team and marketing efforts. A strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment is essential, as is the ability to properly utilize and update the campus database. The position may also involve participating in a student mentor program and engaging in continued education and training to enhance skills and knowledge. The Enrollment Advisor must demonstrate exceptional social and customer-focused skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Effective interaction with students, staff, and faculty is critical, as is the ability to work reliably and remain motivated in a high-pressure environment. The advisor will also be expected to participate in the Hallmark Character program, which emphasizes the university's commitment to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory rules.
