About The Position

The Enroller (Benefits Specialist) is responsible for explaining benefits and enroll employees in core benefits and voluntary benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans while ensuring all benefits, coverage levels, dependents covered, and deductions are reviewed and confirmed by the employee.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enter information accurately into the enrollment program.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly learn Brown & Brown workflows, internal and third-party enrollment platforms.
  • Obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance license (paid training provided).
  • Retain benefits knowledge.
  • Attend client specific training.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions.
