Requirements
- Active EA License with 1+ year of hands-on tax resolution experience.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of all IRS Fresh Start Programs.
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Call the IRS to complete investigations, order transcripts, and uncover what’s really going on.
- Negotiate directly with the IRS for levy releases, payment plans, and settlements.
- Prepare, review, and file resolution programs like Offer in Compromise, CNC, Partial Pay Installment Agreements, Lien Releases/Subordinations, and Audit Reconsiderations.
- Analyze financials and recommend the best path forward for every client.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline confidently and efficiently.
