Requirements
- Active EA license with 1+ year of hands-on tax resolution experience
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of IRS Fresh Start and resolution programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Call the IRS to complete investigations, order transcripts, and identify issues
- Negotiate directly with the IRS for levy releases, payment plans, and settlements
- Prepare, review, and file resolution programs including OIC, CNC, PPIA, lien releases/subordinations, and audit reconsiderations
- Analyze financials and recommend the best resolution strategy
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently with strong backend support
