We just moved into a brand-new, expanded Irvine office, and we’re urgently hiring licensed Enrolled Agents to join our high-energy, mission-driven team. Requirements

• Active Enrolled Agent license (required)
• 1+ years of proven tax resolution or representation experience
• Strong working knowledge of IRS programs and processes
• Confident communicator who can simplify the complex for clients
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and steady under pressure

Responsibilities

• Represent clients directly before the IRS—audits, settlements, negotiations
• Secure releases from wage garnishments and bank levies
• Develop and file resolution strategies including Offer in Compromise (OIC), Currently Not Collectible (CNC) & Partial Pay Installments, Audit Reconsideration, Lien Subordination & Release, IRS Fresh Start Programs
• Pull transcripts and analyze financials to determine the best path forward
• Be the trusted voice for clients during one of the toughest times in their lives
