About The Position

Parker Chase Sprayberry Academy is seeking an Enrichment Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in various enrichment areas such as Sports, Dance, and Art. The role involves planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required
1+ year of experience in similar role
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art
Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Assess and document student's progress
Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Monitor children’s progress and development
Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
