About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a creative and engaging Enrichment Teacher to lead specialty learning experiences in Music, Art, Yoga, or Spanish across several of our Northern Virginia centers. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with multiple age groups and bringing movement, creativity, or language into early childhood classrooms. This position includes light travel between nearby partner schools.

Requirements

Experience teaching children in Music, Art, Yoga, Spanish, or a related enrichment field required
High school diploma required; coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Experience working with preschool-aged children strongly preferred
Reliable transportation required for travel between centers
Strong classroom presence and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead enrichment activities in Music, Art, Yoga, or Spanish for children ages 2–5
Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that support creativity and participation
Adapt instruction for different classrooms and developmental levels
Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
Collaborate with center leadership and classroom teachers
Travel between assigned locations as scheduled
Follow all Virginia childcare licensing and safety requirements
