Requirements

Have a genuine passion for inspiring young learners?
High school diploma/GED (required)?

Nice To Haves

Have previous experience working with children-such as teaching, coaching, dance, music, or other enrichment (preferred)?
Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead engaging enrichment lessons such as yoga, music, movement, STEAM, fitness, art, and hands-on learning experiences.
Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment that supports every child's imagination and growth.
Support and reinforce our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using our lovable TLE characters.
Build positive relationships with families and colleagues to create a collaborative, joyful learning community.
Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children's enrichment experiences and accomplishments through apps and personal updates.
