About The Position

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and adaptable Resident Enrichment Respiratory Therapist to bring their expertise beyond the bedside. In this unique role, you’ll provide high-quality respiratory care to medically complex children and young adults during enriching activities—whether that’s a community outing, swimming session, or a large campus event. If you thrive in dynamic environments, love collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and want to make every moment count for our residents, this role is for you. Schedule This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week position with a flexible schedule. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support enrichment activities. A Day in the Life You’ll start your day preparing equipment, medications, and care plans to ensure residents can participate fully and safely in enrichment experiences. From monitoring ventilators poolside to administering treatments during off-campus adventures, you’ll be the bridge between medical needs and life’s joyful moments. Collaboration is constant—you’ll work closely with our Enrichment Team, physicians, and families to create experiences that are as safe as they are memorable.
