As an AlphaBEST Group Leader , you'll help shape meaningful after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of employment
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds
• Age 18+
• Some experience working with elementary-aged kids
