About The Position

The Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing before/after school and summer programs that support The Oaks Academy’s mission and student experience. This role ensures programs are engaging, well-run, and accessible to students across all grade levels while coordinating communication between staff, program leaders, students, and families. This is a 12-month, full-time position.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an educational or enrichment setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Digital competencies, including common software and online tools
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating programs
  • Passion for student enrichment and whole-child development
  • Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate clubs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support program leaders (staff and/or external partners).
  • Communicate program offerings, schedules, and expectations to families and staff.
  • Manage student enrollment, attendance, and waitlists.
  • Maintain inventory and purchasing of program supplies.
  • Ensure clubs align with school values, policies, and safety expectations.
  • Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and facilitate summer camp programs.
  • Collaborate with other Oaks Plus coordinators.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners.
