About The Position

Town Pump is looking for a motivated and outgoing Store Maintenance member to join our team. Town Pump is a growing company, with ever increasing opportunities for career growth. As a Store Maintenance member, you will be responsible for customer service, mechanical operation, repairs, housekeeping inside and outside the store, store security, and assisting store cashiers whenever possible. You will repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps, and associated equipment including refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems. Practice safe procedures in repairs and tool handling while wearing protective clothing and other necessary personal protective equipment. You will clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, etc. and handle building and property upkeep to include landscaping and trash and snow removal. You are exposed to cold and other outdoor weather conditions. You will maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics, and maintain lights to include lamp and ballast replacement. You are expected to commit to keep the store running and come in as needed, interact with the public providing exceptional customer service, and assist clerks or managers as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work in cold and outdoor weather conditions.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in repairs and tool handling.
