Job Overview Mariani Landscape is seeking a motivated and skilled Enhancements Crew Member to join our team. This role focuses on transforming existing landscapes and implementing new designs, requiring a strong understanding of planting, hardscaping, and other enhancement techniques. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations. Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper. Specific experience in enhancement projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of plant identification and proper planting techniques.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Understanding of landscaping principles and techniques
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
Responsibilities
- Install of plant material like planting trees, shrubs, flowers.
- Bed preparation and maintenance like weeding, edging, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Assist with the construction of patios, and other hardscape features using various materials such as pavers, stone, and concrete.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
