About The Position

Tri Scapes is growing, and we’re looking for an Enhancement Project Manager who knows how to turn a good property into a great one. This role blends field leadership and client communication, managing landscape enhancement projects from start to finish. You’ll work hands-on with crews in the field, collaborate with account managers and clients, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Requirements

• 3+ years of landscape installation, enhancement, or project management experience
• Solid understanding of horticulture, landscape design, and installation practices
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with CRM's and job costing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage enhancement projects from proposal to completion, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Partner with Leadership and clients to scope projects, prepare estimates, and set timelines
• Lead enhancement crews and subcontractors in the field, maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency
• Conduct site visits and walkthroughs, keeping clients informed every step of the way
• Track job costs, monitor budgets, and make sure projects hit profitability targets
• Identify new enhancement opportunities during property visits
• Solve challenges on the fly and ensure every job reflects Tri Scapes’ standards of craftsmanship
