This position is a full- time salaried position with a typical work week consisting of Monday - Friday 8am to5pm. Benefits package to include health insurance, vacation, personal and sick time. Company vehicle will be provided for use during business hours. Overall Responsibility: The Enhancement Manager is responsible for insuring, the success of Enhancement Sales, Budget Control, Client Relations, Quality Control and Safety Procedures.

Requirements

Must maintain a current valid state driver’s license
3+ years of experience as an Enhancement Manager or 2 years as an Account Manager
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:
Clean criminal background
Successfully passing drug screening will be required prior to employment offer
Must be insurable thru our carrier

Nice To Haves

Industry experience in related field preferred

Responsibilities

Actively promotes safety, resulting in a low Recordable Incident Report.
Provides estimates for clients / Assist Account Managers (if needed) with estimates for clients.
Receive approved projects to begin.
Build out the schedule for approved work and add pending work needed for specific dates.
Update NetSuite with all approved enhancement Small job costs for projects reported a week in advance with anticipated start date.
Larger job costs reported as they are approved with anticipated start date.
Completed projects: add material, labor and or vendor invoice with costs each week.
Inform clients on schedule.
Set job hours and expectations to Field Manager.
Meets and exceeds labor budgets.
Purchase approved materials for all projects.
Track project installs and report warranty items.
Actively develops team members for increased responsibilities.
Consults with Production Manager / Account Manager to assist in improving quality and efficiency.
Oversees up to eight crew members.
Able to drive for the company.
Exemplary proficiency in reading and following schedule / rotation map.
Trains other crew leads and crew members on new equipment and processes.
Actively develops other crew leads and team members for increased responsibility.
Available hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday Weekends as needed
