Requirements
- No prior landscaping experience required, though construction experience is preferred
- A strong willingness to learn is essential
- Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Though a license is not required, it is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers
- Proficient use of various hand tools
- Perform duties associated with commercial landscape construction
- Work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
- Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
- Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
