Clean Scapes is Hiring an Enhancement Crew Member The Enhancement Crew Member performs landscape improvement and upgrade work on existing commercial properties. This role focuses on enhancing the appearance, health, and functionality of landscapes through installation, repair, and improvement projects. Crew Members work under the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, enhancement work, or general labor preferred
- Hardworking, dependable, and reliable
- Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willing to learn and grow in landscape enhancement skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and service-oriented
- Physically able to lift, bend, dig, and perform manual labor
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work respectfully with people from all backgrounds
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape enhancement work such as planting, mulching, pruning, irrigation repairs, and minor hardscape repairs
- Assist with seasonal landscape improvements and property upgrades
- Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers
- Safely use hand tools and basic landscaping equipment
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete enhancement projects
- Communicate clearly with crew members to ensure quality and teamwork
- Take care of all tools, equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attend training classes or certifications as required
- Complete other duties as assigned
