Job Overview The Crew Lead is responsible for managing a number of groundskeeping teams. The crew lead is responsible for overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing various administrative duties. You should also have leadership skills and sound knowledge of pesticides and chemicals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction
• Installation and care of tree and shrubs
• General landscape masonry skills a plus!
• Team player with high attention to detail
• Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful
• Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must
• Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork
• Proven leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

• General landscape masonry skills a plus!
