As an Enhancement Crew Leader, you will help our clients develop outstanding landscapes. You will lead a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape installation duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
• Must be highly organized with the ability to reprioritize tasks to meet client needs
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check

Responsibilities

• Manage an enhancement team of up to 5 team members
• Communicate progress updates to the Enhancement Manager, Account Manager, and client as needed
• Install a variety of plant materials utilizing proper planting techniques
• Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe manner
• Accurately identify plant and landscaping materials
• Properly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment
• Perform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
• Manage timekeeping records for your team and track materials used leveraging the Aspire platform
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients
• Perform other tasks as assigned
