We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Enhanced Care Management Team/OP Infusion team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with direct patient care across all age groups. The Registered Nurse will be required to cross-cover into all outpatient clinics at Pioneers Memorial HealthCare District, ensuring comprehensive care and support for our patients.
